Order Processing & Dispatch

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday at our warehouse. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting customer support.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time is 1–3 business days.

Orders placed and fully paid before 6:00 PM (local warehouse time) on a business day will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Time

After dispatch, the estimated shipping (transit) time is 5–12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, and logistical factors beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States.

Orders below USD 139.99: Shipping fee of USD 8.99

Order Tracking

You may track your order status by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order details. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order.

After this 24-hour window, your order may already be in processing or shipping stages, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
