Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Unfulfilled Orders
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been processed or shipped, you may submit a cancellation request through any of our available customer service channels. Once your request is received and approved, you will receive a full refund of 100% of the amount paid.
Unfulfilled orders refer to orders that have been successfully placed but have not yet entered the processing or shipping stage. In most cases, these orders can be cancelled without any additional cost or penalty.
Cancellation of Shipped Orders
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Once the shipping process has begun and the package is in transit, cancellation is not possible due to logistics and carrier handling procedures.
However, after the order has been delivered, you may initiate a return request in accordance with our Return Policy. To do so, you should follow the return instructions included with your package or contact our customer service team for assistance in starting the return process.
